Wet N Wild Single Eyeshadow In Lagoon – Review, Swatches & Photos

Product Description
High-pigmentation and pearl-density create a unique, satiny texture that lasts and lasts. A versatile collection of classic and trend shades can be easily worn alone or playfully combined for a variety of looks.

I rarely buy eyeshadows from the drugstore but Wet n Wild eyeshadows are the exception. Their shadows are highly pigmented, easy to blend and they have so many wonderful different palettes and single eyeshadows that are so affordable.
The Wet n Wild Color Icon Single shadows come in a basic black plastic packaging which is my main issue with this product. The packaging can be hard to open at times but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I can always depot them and store them in an empty palette. The basic product information is located on a sticker in the back of the packaging.

Lagoon is a medium shimmery blue. In the pan it looks like a vibrant blue shade but unlike brule eyeshadow from Wet n Wild the pigmentation is  lacking. It’s still decently pigmented but it’spre tty sheer compared to the other Wet N Wild shadows. I personally don’t think this particular shade is a must have, especially if you own Freshwater eyeshadow from MAC. They are both very similar.

The staying power is excellent in my opinion, considering the price for this shadow.  Like always I apply an eye primer like the  Urban Decay Primer Potion before applying the shadow and it lasts all day long without creasing.

Like I have said many times, Wet n Wild is by far one of my favorite drugstore brands. A lot of their shadows are highly pigmented and very long lasting. It's definitely a company I would recommend especially for their eyeshadows, but I personally don't think this shade is a must have, but it's a great eyeshadow if you wear a lot of blue eyeshadows. I'm still giving this line of shadows a high rating because every other shade I have used has been excellent in every way possible.
