When To Have A Detox Bath
- 1 cup Epsom Salt (I buy mine here)
- 1 cup Baking Soda (I buy mine here)
- 10 drops of Lavender Essential oil (I buy min here)
- Add all the ingredients into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Pour contents into hot bath water and soak for 20 minutes. Try to cover your entire body up to your neck.
- Once you get out of bath, avoid eating anything for 20 minutes and drink plenty of cold water.
