Milani Cosmetics Rose Powder Blushes – Review, Swatches & Photos

Product Description
Now this is a blush that deserves to be seen! Gorgeous in the compact, even prettier on cheeks, this petal soft, natural-finish powder shapes, contours and highlights. Streaks? Never. Easy to use? Always. In ultra-flattering shades that you just can’t live without.

How To Use
Glide a brush through the color and lightly tap off excess powder. Lightly apply to cheeks, forehead, chin and/or nose and blend well for a soft glow.

Coral Cove – Bright coral
Tea Rose  Light dusty rose
Romantic Rose – Medium dusty rose

Although Spring is officially in bloom it sure still feels like winter for some of us.  With the release of the new Milani Rose Powder Blushes just looking at these beautiful blushes puts me in a good mood. And the best news is the Milani Rose Powder blushes are now apart of their permanent line (happy dance)

Packaging
I will admit it I am a sucker for beautiful packaging and these blushes are a show stopper. True to Milani’s usual compacts this blush is encased in a beautiful shiny gold compact that has 3D raised rose detailing that is truly eye catching. The name of the blush and other details are located at the back of the compact. Overall the packaging is quite impressive and if I didn’t know these were from Milani I would never in a million years think this was a drugstore product. It feel very high end.

Pigmentation / Formula
The pigmentation is unreal, they are insanely pigmented. A little bit of color will goes a long way so always start off with a little bit at a time. What you see is what you get! All three shades feel extremely smooth and blend beautifully into the skin. The formula is completely different than their baked blushes, if you have dry skin I would recommend using this blush over a base since they do feel drier on the skin. No shimmer and totally matte  and although they are brighter colors they look totally natural once blended out.  Coral cove has the best pigmentation and Romantic Rose and Tea Rose  have less color pay off but they are still very pigmented and still require a light hand when applying them.

Staying Power
The staying power for these blushes are phenomenal. They last a good 5-6 hours on my cheeks before I notice any fading and even then it doesn’t looking blotchy.

Besides the slightly dry formula these blushes are a must have and I am so glad Milani has decided to make these apart of their permanent line. There's no denying they are gorgeous to look at and the staying power is quite impressive. I love all shades equally but I know I will be wearing Coral Clove a lot this Spring season.
