Only the leaves are put through a steam distillation process to extract Spanish Rosemary essential oil. Several varieties of Rosemary get produced during the process and should be noted by their differences.

Place one drop into your hands and rub together, cup over your mouth and nose and breathe in for up to a minute.

Massage 1-2 drops in the area you would like get rid of cellulite once a day.

Rub topically on bottom of feet or stomach to help with digestion.

Oral Health
Rosemary oil has antibacterial and astringent properties in itThose properties are effective to treat conditions such as bad breath, plaque, gingivitis and cavities. It can be used as a mouth wash.

Massage 1-2 drops of rosemary essential oil over the lower abdomen in a clockwise rotation every hour until you have relief or take in a capsule.

Hair Loss
Massaging the scalp helps to stimulate and rejuvenate hair follicles by increasing the blood circulation. Though using any ordinary oil for head massage help to stop hair fall, applying rosemary essential oil doubles the effect. You just need to add a few drops of essential oil into any regular carrier oil and massage your scalp as frequently as you usually do.

Inhale from the bottle or massage into your feet each morning and night.

Take a drop in a capsule and massage into reflex points.

Stuffy Nose
Use Rosemary in a steam inhalation to clear a stuffy nose. Use Rosemary in a steam inhalation to clear a stuffy nose

Use same method as stated for stuffy nose.

Massage 1 drop with a carrier oil to the area of concern.

Strep Throat
Massage 1- 2 drops to the chest. Use steam inhalation or gargle with warm water if using 100% pure oil.

Add 1 drop to a carrier oil and massage on temples. You can also add 1 drop to your hands and cup over your nose and inhale.

Apply a few drops in your regular shampoo.

Massage 2 drops to the area of concern.

Massage a few drops with a carrier oil and apply to the chest a few times a day.

Apply 1 drop to the hands and cup over nose inhale deeply for 1 minute.

Diffuse through the air, apply to the soles of the feet or temples

Use same method as mentioned for concentration.

Low Blood Pressure
Apply topically over the chest near the heart several times a day.

Kidney Inflammation
Apply diluted oil over kidneys multiple times a day.

Oily Hair
Add a few drops to your regular shampoo.

  • This Rosemary Oil sounds like a miracle, I never knew it had so many great uses. I especially love the fact that you can use it for a stuffy nose because I have seasonal allergies and this may totally help. I do believe in it’s calming and mood lifting affects!     • Me too I love using it in cooking. The warning refers to the oil not the herb because of the high concentration in the oil.
